We assist e-commerce businesses in implementing AI drafting and summarisation tools for product copy, customer correspondence, and order exception management. Client-facing deliverables produced under an engagement — including review briefs, templates, and audit reports — are provided for the client's internal use. Ownership of those deliverables and the terms governing their use will be set out in the relevant engagement letter or service agreement.

4. Advisory Services

Sakti offers three advisory services. Brief descriptions are provided on this website for information only. The full scope, deliverables, fees, and conditions for each engagement are set out in a written service agreement or engagement letter issued before work begins. Those documents govern the specific engagement and, to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms, the service agreement or engagement letter will take precedence.

Service fees quoted on this website are inclusive of Malaysian SST where applicable at the time of publication. We reserve the right to revise fees and service descriptions. Revised fees will appear on this website and will apply to new engagements accepted after the revision date.

5. Scope of Advice

Sakti's advisory services relate to the practical integration of AI drafting and summarisation tools into e-commerce operations. Our guidance is informed by relevant Malaysian law including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the Consumer Protection Act 1999, as well as marketplace seller policies for platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopee, and Lazada.

Our advice does not constitute legal advice. If you need a legal opinion on compliance matters, you should consult a qualified Malaysian solicitor. We will tell you if a question raised during an engagement falls outside what we are able to address as an advisory firm.

6. Staff Oversight Requirement

All AI drafting and summarisation tools deployed under Sakti engagements operate as drafting assists. Staff members must review, edit, and approve any AI-generated content before it is published or sent to a customer. You acknowledge and accept this requirement as a condition of engaging our services. Sakti does not accept responsibility for outputs published or transmitted without adequate staff review.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Sakti's liability to you in connection with these terms, this website, or any advisory engagement will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Sakti in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of this website, reliance on its content, or the outcomes of any AI tools deployed during or after an engagement. This includes losses arising from marketplace policy changes, platform algorithm changes, or customer behaviour that could not have been foreseen at the time of our engagement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

9. Confidentiality

We treat information shared by clients during engagements as confidential. We will not disclose client-specific information to third parties except where required by law, with your consent, or where necessary to deliver the agreed services using carefully selected third-party providers who are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We ask that clients treat our methodologies, templates, and proprietary documentation as confidential and not share them with third parties without our consent.
